Fred opened up about what it was like when he first got to America and started training at Auburn University under David Marsh and Dave Durden, admitting that it took him a year just to make the decision to leave France. Bousquet also explains why he loved the super suits: because of the attention that they brought to the sport. Bousquet admits that swimming now is "purer", but he still thinks the super suits added an interesting dynamic to the sport.

Beryl says she spends 3-4 daily at the gym while spending only 60-90 minutes in the pool. It's not all lifting, but it is all putting her body in situations that ultimately make her a better athlete.

McKenna, a Wisconsin commit, opens up about her history in the pool and how she ended up training with Bruce Gemmell at Nation's Capitol. McKenna's family lives in Pennsylvania, and her parents have gotten an apartment in Maryland so that Paige is able to train at NCAP, which McKenna admits can be hard being away from half of her family.
She also goes into training distance with Katie Ledecky and why she eats cookie dough before big distance workouts.

She serves on FINA Coaches Committee and chairs USA Swimming’s Open Water Steering Sub-Committee. Kase is a lifelong swimmer (4 years at North Carolina as Catherine Frock) and recently finished her 12-year tenure at USC as the Associate Head Coach.
