I sat down with (most of) the Tennessee women's post-grad group. While Molly Hannis was the prominent figure in this group for years, in the past 12 months the group has seen a huge increase from graduations as well as relocations, including these 5 who joined me: Erika Brown, Maddy Banic, Ali DeLoof, Tess Cieplucha, and Maria Alvarez (not to mention Meghan Small, who couldn't make the call today). I get the scoop on how training has been going for all of them in Knoxville as well as what they're looking forward to.

Saturday Sep 19, 2020
Saturday Sep 19, 2020
We sat down with John Naber, who won 5 medals at the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal. At those Montreal Games, the USA Men's swim team was perhaps the most dominant in Olympic history, and Naber was one of the winningest athletes on that team, garnering 4 gold medals. However, Naber claims that his 5th medal, a silver in the 200 free, might have been his best performance of those games.

Friday Sep 18, 2020
Hayden, At 36-years-old, embodies the kind of Olympic story you love to see. And yet those plans, like so many others, were derailed even further as the IOC announced today that they would be postponing the Olympic Games. Hayden had a very grounded take on it, however, and shares his thoughts on what we can do now that everyone is stuck inside, without a pool and an Olympics in the near future to train for.

SwimSwam Podcast: Olympian Kathleen Baker Bodysurfs To Stay Fit
Wednesday Sep 16, 2020
Wednesday Sep 16, 2020
In this GMM takeover of the SwimSwam podcast, Kathleen takes us back to her roots, back to when she first started breaking national age group records as an 11-12 age grouper. Pay attention, Kathleen's goal-setting skills were pro level when she was 12, and she has notebooks with goals going back to when she was only 9 nine years old. My favorite Kathleen goal from when she was a kid...? Swim a 200 fly. Nice!
